Pictures will always be best when shared. Those thousand words that go with each picture are always best if we can recognize ourselves in them. Maybe it's the food that makes you remember when your last best meal was, or the place you have always dreamed of visiting and now are moved to go. Perhaps it's just recognizing yourself in another person's moment of happiness, the uninhibited laugh, the runaway tear coming down the cheek, the look of a person the first time they see their new wife or husband coming down the aisle or in just a private moment.

I love all things that bring out the best in people, and I specialize in weddings. There are a number of posts that are not wedding related, things which are photographed with passion and great affection, travel, food, events, but it is wedding photography, that my time and efforts are most diligently directed.

No matter the origin, occupation, or culture a person belong to, we all stop when we see the wedding underway. Our day to day concerns are all validated, if only for an instant, when we see the suit, the wedding dress, the sari, or hanbok. For that moment we see an expression of hope and faith, a statement is made that says, "No matter how uncertain the future is, I believe it is better to be spent with this person by my side." It is our most profound connection to each other, and one I humbly hope I can share with you.
