On the Sidewalks of New York, and above, and at the park, and on the subway…you get the idea

Jessica and Tim, getting married next year, wanted some ideas for their engagement session. “It’s going to be hot, so let’s wait until the fall” is something heard all the time. It’s summer, it’s going to be hot, maybe not Africa hot, but it’s going to definitely be shorts weather. We go early, we go to the city that never sleeps, which as it turns out is kind of sleepy at 8am no matter what they say, and we have a good time on the newest, great thing in New York City, the High Line Park. 20+ blocks of elevated garden and great views of the city. Makes you wonder why people haven’t ALWAYS put the gardens on all that flat rooftop.

Tim and Jess also made it difficult for a cab or two crossing the light in Times Square, but at least there wasn’t that naked singing cowboy…awkward!
Central park was wonderful, albeit sweaty, but people do like to watch other people making out at Bethesda fountain, it’s true!

Only 1 more year until the wedding!
